Role Description This is a full time remote Field Service Technician role.

The Field Service

Technician will travel to client locations to inspect properties, identify pest issues, and implement appropriate treatment plans in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include performing scheduled service visits, documenting findings and treatments, explaining service plans and safety guidelines to clients, and recommending preventative measures. The role also involves maintaining equipment and supplies, following safety protocols, and collaborating with the broader service team to ensure timely, high-quality support for residential, commercial,



and food safety–compliant clients.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform on-site inspections, identify pest activity, and apply appropriate treatments using industry-standard methods and tools.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to explain service plans, safety procedures, and preventative measures to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Basic technical and mechanical aptitude for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting pest control equipment and application devices.
- Solid organizational and time management skills to handle service routes, schedule appointments, and accurately document work performed.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn pest control regulations, safety standards, and food safety–compliant practices.
- Ability to work independently in the field, adapt to changing environments, and make sound decisions while following company guidelines.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and readiness to travel to client sites within the assigned territory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or prior pest control, facilities, or maintenance experience are a plus.
