Role Description The Food Production Worker is a full-time, on-site role located in Edmonton, AB. This position is responsible for preparing, processing, and packaging donair and related food products according to established recipes and production standards. Day-to-day tasks include operating production equipment, following food safety and hygiene procedures, performing basic quality checks, and labeling and organizing finished goods for storage and shipment.

The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations,



and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Worker may assist with unloading and storing raw materials and completing production documentation as required.

Qualifications

- Experience or strong interest in the Food Industry and Food Processing, with an understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to perform Quality Control checks to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with Packaging Design and handling packaged products, including labeling, sealing, and stacking for storage or shipment.
- Knowledge of Agribusiness or food supply chains is an asset, especially in meat or prepared foods.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and follow instructions in a rapid-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial kitchen settings is required
