About the Role
We are looking for a freelance Learning Content Developer to transform existing source materials and subject matter expertise into clear, well-structured, and engaging learning experiences.
Working with an internal Learning and Development Lead, you will apply instructional design principles and hands-on development skills to create learner-friendly eLearning using Articulate Storyline and/or Rise.
This is a contract-based, project-by-project opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Review and organize existing source materials and subject matter content.
- Transform complex or text-heavy content into clear, engaging learning experiences.
- Structure content into logical topics, modules, and lessons.
- Develop engaging eLearning using Articulate Storyline and/or Rise.
- Use visuals, interactions, scenarios, examples,
and knowledge checks to support learning.
- Apply instructional design, adult learning, and multimedia learning principles.
- Revise content based on feedback and conduct quality assurance.
- Collaborate with an internal Learning and Development Lead throughout the project.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience developing corporate or professional adult learning.
- Strong experience with Articulate 360, particularly Storyline 360 and/or Rise 360.
- Ability to simplify and structure complex content.
- Strong instructional design and content development skills.
- Good visual judgment and attention to detail.
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback.
Contract Details

- Remote / versatile location, subject to collaboration and time-zone requirements
- Rate based on experience and demonstrated skills
