Role Description

This full-time remote Full Stack Engineer role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that power Crave Retail’s in-store experience platform. The engineer will develop and optimize front-end interfaces for shopper and associate tools, ensuring responsive, accessible, and intuitive user experiences. On the back end, the role involves building scalable APIs, integrating data services, and ensuring system reliability and performance.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product and design teams to refine requirements, implementing new features,



fixing bugs, writing automated tests, and contributing to code reviews and technical documentation. The engineer will also help improve development processes, enhance system security, and support continuous deployment in a cloud-based environment.

Qualifications

- Strong full-stack engineering abilities, including Full-Stack Development, Software Development, and experience working across the entire web application lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including building RESTful APIs, working with databases, and implementing secure, scalable server-side logic.
- Hands-on Front-End Development experience, with knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks and effective use of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive UI.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git), automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines in a collaborative engineering environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization or orchestration tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and take ownership of technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
