Fraserway RV is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to help strengthen our safety culture, support operational leaders, and promote practical, consistent health and safety practices across all of our locations in Canada. This role is ideal for a hands-on safety professional who enjoys building relationships, coaching leaders, identifying risks, and turning legislation and safety expectations into practical action.

What You’ll Do

- Provide health and safety advice, coaching and support to general managers, managers, supervisors and frontline teams.
- Partner with operational leaders to identify risks, complete hazard assessments and develop practical corrective and preventative actions.
- Support the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of Fraserway RV’s health and safety programs, standards and tools.
- Participate in incident investigations, support root cause analysis and help leaders prevent recurrence.
- Deliver safety training, awareness sessions and practical communications for leaders and employees.
- Manage workplace injury and occupational illness claims across multiple Canadian jurisdictions, including claim reporting, documentation, return-to-work planning and accommodation support.
- Maintain knowledge of provincial occupational health and safety and workers’ compensation requirements.
- Support internal COR auditing requirements, safety reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

- Diploma or certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of progressive health and safety experience,



preferably in a multi-site operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of provincial occupational health and safety legislation.
- Experience conducting hazard assessments and participating in incident investigations.
- Experience coaching managers, supervisors and frontline employees on safety responsibilities.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with operational leaders.
- Willingness and ability to travel to Fraserway RV locations as required.

Nice to Have

- CRST designation or working toward CRST.
- CRSP designation.
- COR Internal Auditor experience, including Alberta AASP and/or B.C. Safety Driven programs.
- Experience managing workers’ compensation claims across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience in automotive, RV, retail, dealership, manufacturing, transportation or another multi-site operational environment.
- Experience developing and delivering safety training programs.
