Hello! I am currently on the look out for a LONG TERM home within the area between Merville and Royston. As I am wanting to rent a place for the next 5-10+ years I need it to be somewhere that I can fully settle into.

I am hoping to get all the help I can to find me a perfect place so I am offering a $200 finders fee if you are able to connect me with a place that I end up renting. I am an excellent tenant with great references and financial stability. Single adult mid-age woman with no kids or pets.

No smoking/drinking etc. Very quiet, respectful and easy-going. I am local to the valley with family ties and intend to stay here. The ideal that I am looking for is a space of about 500 sq ft, with a full kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower.

Of most importance to me is that it is a quiet space and not too rural. No busy streets or apartment buildings. Natural light and outdoor space are also very important as are any neighbours. I need to live in a peaceful area as my home is my sanctuary.





I would love to live near farmland or a meadow! New builds with modern decor are not my style. I would much prefer an old house that has character. I am also very much into the idea of a fixer-upper that I could put work into and style myself!

I am currently living in a 500 sq ft. apartment and come with some furnishings. I very much prefer a space that is unfurnished and has adequate storage. I am also open to work trade opportunities, value community and am keen to help others out.

I would prefer to rent month to month for at least the first couple months until I know that the place is a positive fit so I would be hesitant to sign any leases right away. If you have read this far, thank you! I appreciate your time and look forward to any leads that you may bring.
