You will work with technical teams, internal stakeholders and, where required, client-facing teams to ensure changes are implemented accurately and with minimal disruption. This role is well suited to someone early in their IT career who has a strong technical foundation, enjoys troubleshooting and wants to build hands-on experience in enterprise application implementation and operations.

Success in this role means learning the Zema Global setting quickly, following technical and change-management procedures carefully,

communicating effectively across teams and taking ownership of assigned work.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assist with deployment and validation of Zema updates, fixes, curve patches and minor upgrades under supervision.
- Follow documented client onboarding, offboarding, environment-refresh and change-management procedures.
- Prepare implementation checklists and complete smoke tests and assigned user acceptance testing activities.
- Create and maintain accurate work records in Jira, Ivanti and approved change-tracking tools.
- Perform basic checks of application services, connectivity, configuration and scheduled jobs; escalate exceptions promptly.
- Support collection and validation of historical data required for new or changed data processors.
- Coordinate assigned maintenance activities with release and deployment, Support and other delivery teams.
- Assist with approved middleware and configuration updates, including basic Tomcat and Java-related tasks.
- Maintain implementation evidence, test results, rollback information and client-specific documentation.
- Contribute to knowledge-base articles, reusable checklists and team knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Participate in scheduled after-hours maintenance when required, with appropriate guidance and escalation support.

What You'll Bring

Essential

- Diploma, degree or equivalent practical education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or another closely related technical field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in IT, technical support, application support, software implementation or a related environment. Relevant internships, academic projects and other hands-on technical experience will also be considered.
- Foundational understanding of software deployment and application environments, including how software is installed, configured, updated or maintained. Exposure to hosted or cloud environments is beneficial.
- Ability to follow technical procedures carefully and document completed work accurately.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills and a structured approach to diagnosing issues across applications, systems,

connectivity or configuration.
- Strong attention to detail, organization and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Explicit written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and work effectively in a change-controlled environment.
- Curiosity and motivation to build technical knowledge, learn new systems quickly and take on increasing responsibility as experience develops.
- Flexibility to participate in scheduled after-hours and weekend maintenance activities as required by client projects and release schedules. Weekend work forms a regular part of the team's maintenance responsibilities and is planned in advance where possible.

Desirable

- Familiarity with Zema, Jira, Ivanti or similar enterprise and service-management tools.
- Exposure to one or more of the following would be beneficial: Linux, SQL, Tomcat, Java, scripting or similar technologies.
- Exposure to smoke testing, user acceptance testing or release validation.
- Interest in scripting, automation and process improvement.
- Experience in a technical support, implementation or client-service environment.
