and HR’s functional specialists.
- Lead HR Initiatives: Develop HR strategies and lead projects that strengthen organizational effectiveness and advance agency priorities.
What You’ll Bring
- University degree in human resource management, business administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills — clear, team-oriented, and confident.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to build and connect people initiatives to business outcomes.
- A self-starter — proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating complexity.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and organizational development principles.
Why Join Us You’ll be part of a collaborative HR team that values curiosity, courage, and connection. We believe great workplaces are built on trust, respect, and the shared commitment to continuous improvement — and we’re looking for someone who shares that philosophy.
What We Offer:
- A comprehensive total rewards package that supports your well-being and professional development.
- Versatile work schedules, recognition programs, and a supportive, collaborative culture.
- The opportunity to lead in an organization committed to values of Service Excellence, Integrity, Accountability, Empowerment, and Teamwork.
