About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Application Security Developer with a focus on Python and AI/LLM Security to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our application security posture by developing innovative security solutions, automating security processes, and integrating advanced AI-driven security capabilities into our enterprise applications and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Python development, application security practices, and a keen understanding of AI and machine learning technologies applied to security challenges.

This position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of AI security, contributing to the development of scalable, secure, and intelligent security solutions that protect complex cloud-native environments and AI-enabled applications.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a robust technical background with the following qualifications:

- Extensive hands-on experience in Python development, including API creation, scripting, automation, and integration.
- Deep understanding of Application Security (AppSec) principles, secure software development lifecycle, and best practices.




- Proven experience integrating and automating security tools within CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.
- Strong familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and their application to security, including AI-assisted static and software composition analysis, secrets scanning, vulnerability prioritization, exploitability analysis, attack path analysis, and automated remediation.
- Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and prompt security, model security, runtime protection, and model lifecycle security.
- Experience developing or integrating AI-powered security tools and capabilities.
- Understanding of cloud security principles and modern cloud-native application architectures.
- Experience working with APIs from AI model providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic is highly desirable.

Responsibilities The key responsibilities for this role include:

- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based security applications, APIs, automation scripts, and integration solutions.
- Enhance and expand application security capabilities throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Integrate security tooling such as SAST, SCA, secrets scanning, and vulnerability management into development workflows.
- Develop AI-assisted security features for vulnerability analysis, prioritization, exploitability assessment, and automated remediation.
- Implement security controls and guardrails for LLM and AI-enabled applications to ensure secure deployment and operation.




- Support the development and deployment of AI Security Posture Management (AI-SPM) and AI asset inventory systems.
- Automate security processes and embed security capabilities into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous security assurance.
- Contribute to the formulation of AI security standards, ML SecOps practices, and secure AI development guidelines to promote best practices across teams.
