GoPancham is an Inc. 5000 remote marketing agency, 50+ team members, 200+ active fitness business clients. As a Junior CSM, you'll start with a smaller book, learn our systems, and build toward owning full client relationships.

What we're looking for

- 1-2 years in a startup or scaleup environment, account management or client success
- Digital Marketing experience




- Client-facing call/communication experience
- Clear English, neutral accent on camera
- Strong time management, resourceful, finds answers before asking

What you get

- $55,000–$80,000/yr CAD, starting closer to $55k-$65k with real room to grow
