Role Description

This is a part time, hybrid role for a Law Clerk located in Mississauga, ON.

The Law

Clerk will assist lawyers with legal document preparation, conduct research on various cases, and maintain organized communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks will include drafting legal documents, managing case files,



and ensuring timely completion of assigned duties to support the legal team. The role also involves supporting administrative tasks and maintaining confidentiality is an essential part of the role.

Prior

Real estate/family law experience preferred.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Prior Real Estate Law Experience is preferred.
- Excellent Communication skills, including client interaction and coordination with lawyers
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Paralegal or Law Clerk certification or a relevant post-secondary degree is preferred
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
