Role Description This part-time, remote Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor role focuses on providing high-quality, evidence-based counseling services to individuals and families within MantraCare’s AI-supported care ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and delivering individual, couples, or family therapy sessions via telehealth. The counselor will collaborate with case managers, care coordinators, and other mental health professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective integration with AI-driven tools.

Additional tasks include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, participating in case consultations,



adhering to ethical and regulatory standards, and supporting outcome measurement and quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

- Strong Counseling and Mental Health skills, including experience providing therapeutic interventions in virtual or telehealth settings.
- Solid foundation in Psychology, with the ability to apply psychological principles to assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Competence in Case Management, including coordination of services, monitoring progress, and supporting continuity of care.
- Experience in Family Therapy, with skills in working with couples, families, and diverse relationship structures.
- Active, unrestricted license as a Clinical Professional Counselor (or equivalent) in applicable jurisdiction(s).
- Familiarity with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or other relevant therapeutic approaches.
- Strong communication, cultural humility, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
- Comfort with technology, electronic health records, and AI-driven clinical tools; prior telehealth experience is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage a part-time caseload, and uphold skilled ethics and confidentiality standards.
