Role Description

This full-time Leasing Consultant role is a hybrid position based in Montreal, QC, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Leasing

Consultant will manage the full leasing cycle, including responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting property tours, and guiding prospective residents through the application and approval process. Daily responsibilities include explaining lease terms and conditions, preparing and executing lease documents, and maintaining accurate lease administration records. The role involves building strong relationships with current and prospective residents,



addressing questions and concerns, and supporting resident retention through proactive communication and follow-up.

The Leasing

Consultant will also collaborate with property management and operations teams to ensure units are market-ready, assist with marketing activities, and provide consistent, high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

- Experience working with leases and lease administration, including preparing, reviewing, and managing lease documents.
- Skills in resident retention and relationship-building, with a focus on creating positive resident experiences.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with diverse tenants and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid workplace in Montreal, QC, managing both in-person property activities and remote administrative tasks.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with basic office software and leasing-related platforms.
- Previous experience in residential leasing, property management, or real estate is an asset.
- Knowledge of local rental regulations and best practices is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a results-oriented environment, with a focus on occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
