The Role

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Line 6 Relief Cook/Enrobing is responsible for assuming responsibility for the overall operation in the line and the quality of the product it produces.

The Relief

Operator will step into the role in the event of a vacancy and return to their existing role when they’re not scheduled as relief. He is also responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Line 6 department. The Relief operator will manage the production process and lead production staff on their designated line to meet and exceed production schedules and meet quality standards.

Who You Are

We are seeking a detail-oriented and accountable individual with strong computer skills to handle paperwork and multi-task efficiently. The ideal candidate will work well both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent safety practices, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to manufacturing standards.



Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform well under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

- Dependable with good attendance record
- Willingness to be cross trained
- No bending or lifting restrictions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of current health & safety legislations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to work shift work, 8-to-12-hour shifts, holidays, overtime, and call-in shifts as required
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional people skills and coaching ability
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
