Position Overview: This role will be responsible for supporting the global Luxury & Lifestyle Procurement team, with a special focus on the NCA & Mexico region, with advanced financial reporting, all finance and accounting-related tasks, data analysis and performance tracking. The individual will oversee financial reporting processes, handle financial and accounting functions, ensure data integrity, and contribute to the overall financial health of the L&L; NCA & Mexico Procurement function.
This role requires significant collaboration and business partnering with both operational (Category Managers) and accounting teams.
Additionally, this role will support the utilization of the AStore Suite back-office software for procurement-related financial activities.
Key responsibilities
- Financial and accounting support: handle all financial and accounting-related tasks, including maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and managing invoicing and accruals;
- Financial reporting & analysis: lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports for L&L; NCA & Mexico Procurement, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with global objectives. Develop and present insights on spend patterns, budget adherence, and procurement performance to senior leadership;
- AStore Suite Management: manage and support the use of the AStore Suite (back-office software) to track supplier declarations, reporting, and analytics. Ensure proper integration of AStore data into financial reporting processes and the tracking of procurement performance;
- Budget & Forecast support: work closely with Category Managers to support global and regional budget and forecast processes. Provide timely and accurate financial analysis to aid decision-making and adjust plans based on real-time business insights from the ground;
- Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting processes and to leverage on business insights. Assist in developing procurement-specific financial models, including cost control measures and revenue tracking;
- Data management & reporting: oversee the collection, validation and reporting of NCA & Mexico procurement data, ensuring it supports financial performance-tracking and decision-making. The position will report to the Director Financial Controlling, Procurement Luxury & Lifestyle – based in Paris, France.

Experience and skills
- +5 years of experience in FP&A; / Finance / Accounting
- Experience in a GPO is an advantage
- Advanced Excel
Academic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance
- Familiar with GAAP / IFRS standards
