Key Responsibilities

- Support work operations by assisting with job planning, materials support and SAP time verification
- Provide administrative support to our quality assurance process, and quality notifications
- Prepare, organize and manage document packages
- Gather and compile historical data to ensure appropriate knowledge retainment and documentation
- Support and complete quality reporting
- Ensure the proper handling of third-party quality management
- Handle and resolve tier 1 customer warranty claims
- Manage inventory management transactions
- Evaluate and process tier 1 vendor qualifications
- Set up and maintain master data in ERP at a tier 1 level
- Follow AGI’s Code of Business Ethics and related compliance policies
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' progressive experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize work and multi task
- Posses advanced Microsoft Excel and computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and interpret the English language
- Strong work ethic and drive
- Ability to coordinate and liaise with other departments




- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations and short deadlines
- Understanding of manufacturing and production is an asset

Work Schedule

- May require shift work (day, night, weekend, or rotating shifts).
- Overtime may be required during peak production periods.

Team & Work Environment:
- Fast-paced production setting with set quotas or deadlines.
- Work may be performed independently or as part of a team.

Mental & Cognitive Effort:

- Attention to detail for quality control and safety compliance.
- Following complex instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Problem-solving for minor machine malfunctions or production issues.

Pace & Productivity Expectations:

- Meeting production quotas and deadlines.
- Working under pressure in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
