Position Summary

Latium Technologies is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our Nisku, Alberta head office. Reporting directly to the Marketing Lead, the Marketing Coordinator will support the full range of Latium's marketing activities, with primary responsibility for social media content, newsletter production, and the design of branded sales and technical materials. The majority of this role supports the Latium Technologies brand, with additional marketing support provided to our Latium Fleet and Custom Touch Auto Body brands as needed.

The successful candidate will take ownership of Latium's content calendar and will be responsible for drafting copy, designing assets, and delivering completed work on schedule with minimal oversight. Working within Latium's brand voice and visual standards, the Marketing Coordinator will ensure consistent presentation across all channels and materials.

In this role, you will:

Digital Presence and Community Engagement

- Own and maintain the marketing content calendar, ensuring content is planned, produced, and published on schedule.
- Draft, design, and schedule content for LinkedIn (primary channel) and Instagram.
- Write marketing copy that communicates technical products clearly and effectively to an industrial audience.
- Produce and distribute the company newsletter using Wix Studio, and report on engagement and performance.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ways to increase our brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects our position as a professional industry leader.

Design and Brand Management





- Create high impact graphics and content for social media, website use, and professional presentations to showcase our technology in action.
- Design sales tools including one pagers, proposals, spec sheets, slide decks, case studies, and internal templates to support the business development team in the field.
- Capture and edit photography of our technology in the field and at company facilities, with supporting video content as required.
- Ensure our digital library of photos, videos, and brand assets stays organized and easy for the team to access.

Content Development and Technical Storytelling

- Draft copy for social updates, newsletters, blog posts, and marketing materials that communicates technical products clearly to an industrial audience.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity to help inform our content strategy.
- Build a working understanding of our products and technology so that content is accurate as well as engaging.
- Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure they meet our high standards for accuracy.

Operational Agility and Innovation

- Execute various ad hoc marketing requests and special projects to support the immediate needs of the leadership team.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics across social media and web platforms to identify areas for growth and optimization.
- Understand the rapid development of the technology industry and adapt to emerging trends in the industries we serve to ensure our content remains forward thinking and relevant.
- Continuously explore and suggest new digital tools or creative techniques that can improve our marketing efficiency and audience engagement.





What we're looking for:

- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Demonstrated design ability supported by a portfolio or work samples, with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, and/or similar creative tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional storytelling.
- A self-starter who is organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once, working both independently and alongside the team, including consistent delivery against deadlines and proactive communication during tight deadlines.
- Ability to learn technical subject matter quickly and communicate it accurately.
- Experience with email or newsletter platforms such as Wix Studio, Mailchimp, or similar is considered an asset.
- Photography or basic video editing skills are considered an asset.
- Reliable transportation to our Nisku, AB office and legal entitlement to work in Canada.
