Position Title: Marketing Manager

Immediate Supervisor: Executive Director of Marketing

Scheduled Hours: Full Time

SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful overall administration and coordination of all Marketing activities at all four PURE Casino Entertainment casinos. The Marketing Manager ensures that a maximum level of communication and support is provided and delivered to frontline teams at each site.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Supports the development and communication of marketing plans, strategies and operations with the Executive Director of Marketing.
- Oversees the implementation and execution of marketing activities, including social media, website management, database marketing, advertising, entertainment and promotions.
- Coordinates and communicates cooperatively with site level teams to successfully execute marketing programs, entertainment and promotions.
- Works with the Executive Director of Marketing to prepare and present detailed marketing reports, as needed.
- Develops, supports, advances and implements special property events and programs.
- Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data, to determine departmental progress toward determined goals and objectives.




- Administers ordering of all collateral and the delivery of materials and procedures for the Marketing Department.
- Working with the Executive Director of Marketing to complete and coordinate media buys and scheduling.
- Helps to achieve financial objectives by monitoring and communicating budgets according to established marketing plan.
- Maintains skilled and technical knowledge by keeping up to date with market conditions.
- Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Gaming industry experience preferred. Some nights and weekends are required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

- Post-secondary education in Marketing or a related field from a college or university preferred.
- Two years related experience, preferably in Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Most possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Minimum of two years in a guest service-related field, preferably in a Casino or Hospitality environment.
- Must be able to demonstrate all aspects of hospitality, professionalism, prompt and courteous service, with extreme attention to detail.
