We're looking for a volunteer to join Maple AI Innovation Foundation as our Meetings & Partnerships Representative.

As we grow the Canadian AI & Innovation Hub and the Global Innovation Awards, we're increasingly in rooms with partners, sponsors, and institutions — and we want someone who can represent Maple AI in those conversations with confidence and polish.

What you'd be doing

- Attending select meetings and industry events on behalf of the foundation
- Helping facilitate discussions and represent our mission to partners and stakeholders
- Working closely with our core team to stay aligned on messaging and goals

What we're looking for

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English — confident, clear, and comfortable leading a conversation
- Professional presence and ease in external-facing settings
- Genuine interest in AI, innovation, or the non-profit space
- Based in or around Toronto (or able to join meetings as needed)

This is a volunteer role — unpaid, but a excellent way to build real experience with a growing non-profit, expand your network, and be part of shaping an international AI awards program from the ground up.
