- Load and feed the mobile crusher directly (excavator/wheel loader/skid steer feed control as required).
- Maintain stable material flow and prevent jams/plugging to meet rate and uptime goals.
- Perform routine maintenance and day-to-day troubleshooting on:
- crushers, screens, conveyors/belts
- hydraulics
- electrical and control systems

- Move and position the plant and components to optimize mobility and reduce haul distances.
- Complete accurate production logs, maintenance checklists, and incident/safety documentation.
- Identify operational or safety issues, escalate to supervision, and participate in corrective actions.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Assist with plant/yard duties as needed (e.g., loading, shipping, light fabrication).

- Communicate clearly with the team and follow all site safety procedures.

Working Conditions
- Remote mining/industrial environment with:
- extreme cold/temperature swings
- high noise levels, dust, moving equipment
- occasional chemical exposure

- Physical demands: standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 50 lb (23 kg), working outdoors in adverse weather.
- PPE requirements: hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety boots; respiratory protection or additional PPE as required.

Qualifications (Required)
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience operating mobile crushing equipment.
- Direct experience loading and feeding a mobile crusher (required—demonstrated ability to manage feed/material flow and prevent stoppages).
- Proficiency with material feeders (e.g., Various size wheel loaders, excavator, skid steer).
- Robust troubleshooting skills and a safety-first mindset.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work a remote 12-hour shift schedule and pass site-specific training/requirements.

Preferred
- Metso Lokotrack experience (or similar mobile crushing and screening systems).

Licensing & Compliance
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Willingness and ability to complete site-specific safety training and inspections.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive wages based on experience
- 12-hour shift pay structure
- Paid flights from closest major airport
- Camp accommodations and meals provided
- FIFO rotation: 3 weeks in / 3 weeks out

Apply If you’re a mobile crusher operator who has hands-on experience loading and feeding the crusher and understands what it takes to keep production running safely, we’d like to hear from you.
