Shift: Sunday to Thursday from 11:00pm to 7:00am

Starting rate is $19.50/hour plus a $2.00/hour Night Shift Premium. This role is also eligible for wage progression of $20.25 at 6 months and $21 at 12 months. This role is also eligible for Group Insurance Benefits, a Company Performance Bonus, Discounted Pet Food, Employee Events,

What You'll Do:

Contribute to the warehouse team by accurately receiving, storing, picking, assembling, and shipping customer orders within our temperature-controlled warehouse environment. You'll help ensure products are handled safely, orders are completed accurately, and customers receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable performing physical work in both warehouse and commercial freezer environments (-10 degrees). This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities change.

What You Bring:

- Pick, assemble, and load customer orders for shipment.
- Ensure all orders are picked accurately and completed on time.
- Load, unload, sort, and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Communicate effectively with the Warehouse Manager and Drivers regarding daily orders and deliveries.
- Ensure all shipments are stacked, wrapped, and labeled according to company and customer requirements.
- Complete quality checks to ensure products are shipment-ready and free from damage.
- Work safely and efficiently in varying temperature-controlled environments, including freezer conditions.
- Support a positive team environment and assist with additional warehouse duties as required.

What You Bring:





- Minimum 2 years of warehouse, order picking, and packing experience.
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including a commercial freezer.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and customer service.
