About The Role The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing and delivering complex IT and IoT projects that align with business objectives, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and on time. This role requires advanced project management expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will drive high-quality project delivery while optimizing processes and addressing challenges proactively.

What You’ll Do

Project Management

- Lead and oversee multiple IT and IoT projects simultaneously from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution.
- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, IT security standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in providing training and guidance to new project coordinators and project managers to ensure successful onboarding and development.
- Leverage tools such as Asana to track and monitor project progress effectively.

Stakeholder Collaboration &
- Communication

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align technology projects with business goals.
- Deliver clear, well-organized updates and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on project progress and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and senior executives to facilitate smooth project execution.

Vendor &
- Resource Coordination

- Collaborate with vendors, manage relationships, and monitor compliance with agreements.
- Oversee resource allocation across project teams, ensuring the right resources are available to meet project demands.

Process Improvement &
- Optimization

- Assist in developing and implementing governance processes to ensure effective project management and oversight.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery efficiency.
- Implement and enforce project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to improve overall project success

What You’ll Need

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience in digital management, technology, or a related field
- In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered




- Experience in the areas of digital strategy, project management, team leadership, and change management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Ability to apply robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers which impact departmental and cross-functional performance
- Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and digital technologies, such as cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity
- Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset

Preferred Skills &

- Experience

- 7+ years of experience in project management, leading strategic initiatives, and managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Experience in the commercial real estate industry or familiarity with its business cycle and supporting applications is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, Cyber Security, IT architectures, and various technologies to support project execution.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, such as Asana or similar platforms, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the OT Senior Project Manager position is $110,000 annually [or $52.89 per hour] and the maximum salary for the OT Senior Project Manager position is $120,000 annually [or $57.70 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
