WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is seeking a qualified Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients at our clinics in Ontario. You will schedule appointments, respond to inquiries, liaise with hospitals and physician offices, and support staff and patients with clerical and administrative tasks.

Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, you will contribute to timely patient care delivery and productive operations across locations.
