Bourgault Industries is looking for a Parts Sales Representative to join the Service Parts team in St. Brieux, SK.

The Parts Sales

Representative is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the Service Parts Order Desk, ensuring accurate and timely processing of parts orders, exceptional customer service, and effective coordination with production planning and warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional, knowledgeable, and courteous support to dealers and customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Accurately enter and process all parts orders within the parts ordering system.
- Coordinate and prioritize parts orders with Production Planning and the Service Parts Warehouse to meet customer requirements.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and coordinate shipping corrections.
- Support the Service Parts Warehouse by responding to order inquiries and processing requested order changes.
- Participate in the on-call parts support rotation as required.
- Coordinate domestic and international parts shipments, including container and air freight orders.
- Process and invoice service parts orders.
- Maintain a strong understanding of products, parts, and company processes to effectively support customers and internal teams.
- Prioritizing orders to meet customer requirements
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all order related activities

Required Skills/Experience

- 5 to 10 years of experience in the parts industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Bourgault equipment.
- Parts Management Course (SIAST) or an equivalent Business Administration diploma is considered an asset.




- Journeyman Parts Technician Certificate is considered an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Proficient in word processing, data entry, and data management systems.
- Experience with inventory management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, dealers, and internal teams.

Wage Range $21.50 - $41.00 - Starting Wage is dependent on experience
