Pega Lead System Architect (LSA/CLSA) – Canada

We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA/CLSA) to join our team for a Canada-based opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Pega architecture experience, a proven track record of delivering enterprise Pega solutions, and the ability to provide technical leadership across complex implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture and technical design of enterprise-scale Pega applications.
- Define scalable, secure and high-performing Pega solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Pega development teams.
- Review solution designs, architecture decisions and technical implementations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects and delivery teams.
- Drive Pega best practices, design standards, performance and application quality.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and architectural challenges.
- Contribute to solutioning, technical discussions and project delivery.
- Mentor senior developers and architects and support technical capability building.

Must-Have Requirements
- 10–15 years of overall IT experience, with strong experience in Pega.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform.




- Strong experience as a Pega Lead System Architect / Solution Architect.
- Pega LSA / CLSA certification strongly preferred.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-level Pega solutions.
- Solid understanding of Pega architecture, integration, performance, security and scalability.
- Experience providing technical leadership on large and complex Pega implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Currently based in India.
- Willing and ready to relocate to Canada.
- Integritty will provide Canadian work permit/visa sponsorship support for the selected candidate, subject to applicable Canadian immigration requirements and eligibility.

Preferred

- Experience working with large global organizations.
- Experience with Pega upgrades, integrations and modernization initiatives.
- Experience with Pega Customer Service, BPM, Case Management or related enterprise Pega solutions.
- Experience working with distributed/global delivery teams.
- Previous international project experience is an advantage.
