Role Description: We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful and proactive Personal Assistant & Studio Coordinator to join our Toronto studio.

This is a diverse, hands-on role supporting the principals with day-to-day business and personal administration, including travel arrangements, scheduling, meetings and events,



while also helping coordinate the smooth daily operation of our studio—from ordering supplies and managing deliveries to ensuring our shared spaces are well organized and maintained.

The role will also provide support to One Piece A Day, our environmental initiative, and our ongoing charitable work building schools in Africa.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented
- Proactive, resourceful and able to anticipate needs
- Professional, discreet and an excellent communicator
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
- Hands-on and willing to assist wherever needed
- Positive, cooperative and genuinely enjoys helping others

Experience in executive/personal assistance, hospitality, design, luxury retail, events or office coordination would be an asset.
