About the Role The Playwright Automation QA Lead will be responsible for leading automation teams and ensuring high-quality testing of PnC Insurance domain agent portals applications.

Responsibilities

- Must have experience in Playwright with JavaScript and have lead automation teams
- Perform comprehensive testing of PnC Insurance domain agent portals applications to ensure high quality accuracy and functionality
- Valuable to have experience on Salesforce Sales CPQ and CLM
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand business requirements and technical deliverables
- Identify, document,



and track defects using standard tools and methodologies ensuring timely resolution
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and organizational quality standards
- Analyze test results and prepare clear, insightful test reports for stakeholders
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and increase automation coverage
- Utilize Salesforce test automation tools to improve testing efficiency and consistency
- Stay updated with the latest automation Salesforce enhancements and testing techniques

Qualifications

10 to 15 Years of experience in relevant fields.
