Power Platform Engineer

Rate: $65–$73/hr Inc.

Contract: 12 months

Location: Waterloo, ON – 500 King Street North

Start: October 5, 2026

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, develop, deploy and support enterprise applications and automation solutions. The role will work within a collaborative technology team to deliver reliable solutions supporting business and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and support applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Node.js, PostgreSQL and .NET.
- Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Build APIs and integrations across enterprise applications.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing and deployment.
- Troubleshoot application defects and production issues.
- Support applications in production environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Follow established development,



release and change management processes.
- Collaborate with Product, BA, DevOps, database and support teams.

Required Experience
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Strong Node.js development experience.
- Strong PostgreSQL experience.
- Experience developing and integrating APIs.
- Experience across the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment and production support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and quickly learn new technologies and application environments.

Nice to Have
- .NET development experience.
- Playwright.
- Microsoft Power Platform ALM experience.
