Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager at Somi AI.

The Product

Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven products, including discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, refining product roadmaps, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ship high-quality features. The role involves conducting user research, analyzing product performance, and translating insights into clear, actionable plans.

Manager will also coordinate releases, manage stakeholder communication,



and ensure that each product aligns with Somi AI’s vision of rethinking intelligence while delivering measurable outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

- Experience in product management, including defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for software or AI-driven products.
- Skills in user research, requirements gathering, and translating customer needs into clear product specifications and priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, operations) and manage complex projects from concept to launch.
- Experience using data and analytics to evaluate product performance, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present ideas and trade-offs clearly.
- Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced workplace with evolving priorities and an experimental mindset.
- Background in AI, machine learning, or technology products is highly beneficial; experience in startups or innovation-focused teams is a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
