Program Director – Wireline Network Transformation & Delivery (Telecommunications, Wireline Network Engineering, Infrastructure Delivery, or Managed Services.)

Provide overall leadership and accountability for the Wireline Network program| ensuring delivery of business| customer| financial| and operational objectives.Act as the primary executive interface for customer CXOs| internal leadership teams| and strategic partners| building trusted relationships and driving business outcomes.Establish and lead program governance| executive steering committees| operational reviews| and performance management frameworks.Drive large-scale transformation initiatives focused on operating model modernization| automation| AI adoption| productivity improvement| and service innovation.Lead national delivery teams across network planning| engineering| survey| permitting| design| deployment| and operational support functions.Provide strategic direction and oversight for Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH)| Fiber Deep| HFC| MDU| Access Network| and Network Expansion programs.Drive execution excellence across wireline infrastructure build| capacity expansion| network modernization| relocation programs| and capital projects.Own executive escalations| risk management| issue resolution| and business continuity planning| ensuring timely mitigation of delivery| operational| and commercial risks.Ensure alignment across Engineering| Operations| Construction| IT| Finance| Procurement| Vendor| and Partner organizations to achieve program objectives.Own program financial performance| including revenue| profitability| forecasting| budgeting| resource optimization| productivity improvement| and cost management.Identify and develop strategic improvement opportunities| creative solutions| and industry-leading practices that enhance customer experience| delivery efficiency| and business value.Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams| fostering a culture of accountability| collaboration| continuous improvement| and customer-centricity.

Essential Skills: 15+ years of experience in Telecommunications| Wireline Network Engineering| Infrastructure Delivery| or Managed Services.Proven leadership experience managing large-scale wireline engineering| planning| design| and deployment programs with national or enterprise-wide scope.Strong experience delivering Fiber Rollout| FTTH| HFC| MDU| Access Network| Network Modernization| Capacity Expansion| and Infrastructure Build programs.Demonstrated success leading multi-million-dollar transformation and operational programs with direct customer-facing accountability.Extensive experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders and leading executive governance forums.Strong commercial| financial| contract| and risk management expertise.Bachelors degree in Engineering| Technology| or a related discipline; MBA preferred.PMP| PgMP| or equivalent program management certification are required.
