About The Role
Join CBRE as a Property Administrator and play a key role in delivering exceptional property management services across a agile real estate portfolio. In this highly collaborative position, you'll serve as a central point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal teams, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of commercial properties.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and possesses strong organizational and administrative skills. From supporting financial operations and lease administration to coordinating vendor activities and tenant communications, you'll gain valuable exposure to multiple facets of commercial real estate while contributing to an outstanding client and tenant experience.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the team with various administrative tasks. This includes answering phones, communicating with tenants, AR/AP monthly reports, filing and copying.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects. Code and process vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables.
- Work with Building Technicians and vendors to compile a list of maintenance items.
- Prepare internal lease administration documents such as lease abstracts as directed.
- Partake in lease administration activities including lease set up, lease changes, reporting etc.
- Submit invoices for payment by inputting them into the accounting system. Forward original invoices to accounting for payment.
- Engage in rent collection communications and phone contact with tenant where permitted.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range being offered for the Property Administrator is between $67,000 annually and $75,000 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
