About The Role
As a CBRE Property Management Assistant/Receptionist, you will perform property management activities and support financial and operational reporting.
This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate complex property management operations and provide senior-level administrative support.
- Manage the preparation of monthly reports, financial summaries, and budget forecasts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries.
- Review and process vendor invoices, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Support the internal audit process and ensure adherence to operational standards.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior coordinators and support staff.
- Requires established understanding of work routines and standards and applies skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures and systems
- Follows standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance
- Evaluates and selects solutions from established options
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
- An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
- Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
- Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Property Management Assistant/Receptionist position is $50,000 annually [or $24.04 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Property Management Assistant/Receptionist is $57,000 annually [or $27.41 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
