About this role
We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to support our Ontario region.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the sales activities within an assigned geographic region, ensuring targets and revenue goals are met. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, leading a regional sales team, and building strong relationships with key customers to expand market share.
The Regional Sales
Manager will also analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions that drive performance improvements. This individual is also responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching their sales team, maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
The candidate must live in the Greater Toronto Area, as travel will be required to visit employees and accounts in this region (Ontario).

What you will be responsible for:
Management
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
- Coach and mentor team members in-field, guiding them to implement best practices to achieve sales targets
- Track and analyze sales metrics to assess team performance and identify improvement areas
- Recruit, develop, and train new team members, providing regular feedback and support to improve results
- Prepare quarterly and annual regional sales forecasts and budgets that are in accordance with company expectations
- Provide feedback regarding the creation of sales promotions, contests, and meetings that drive sales growth
- Stay updated on competitor activities and strategies within the region, adjusting the sales approach to maintain competitive advantage
- Ensure the regional team adheres to all company policies, industry regulations, and reporting requirements for consistent performance management
- Conduct semi-annual performance reviews, addressing any disciplinary or performance issues in accordance with HR policies
- Assist with national-level assignments and responsibilities
In Region:
- Lead regular team meetings to discuss successes, address challenges, and ensure alignment with regional and company goals
- Conduct sales training sessions to enhance strategic and tactical decision making within accounts
- Ensure regional team has proper technical and clinical product knowledge to support sales efforts in designated region
- Establish strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring long-term satisfaction to boost client retention
- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities within the region to expand market share
- Support the sales team in attending conventions, seminars, events, and sponsorship opportunities, which may fall outside of regular working hours
Administrative:
- Develop and deliver corporate-level presentations tailored to the needs of the region
- Approve and submit expense reports promptly while ensuring adherence to Company policies
- Complete all required forms and paperwork in compliance with company Sales Policies
- Strictly follow compliance protocols related to customer interactions and activities
- Attend scheduled sales and marketing meetings to stay informed on both internal and external communications
What we are looking for
- Completion of post secondary education, preferably a university degree with business or science focus is required
- Minimum three (3) years of Management experience
- Minimum five (5) years of previous B2B sales experience, preferably in the in medical aesthetics, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of skincare or dermatology market is a plus
- Proven ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets consistently
- Strong leadership skills to inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team effectively
- Ability to create and implement strategic sales plans that align with broader company objectives and drive regional success
- Skilled in analyzing market trends, client data, and sales metrics to make informed decisions and optimize strategies
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and profit/loss management to ensure financial goals are met
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities, manage a regional schedule, and meet deadlines
- Ability to navigate a CRM system and other sales tools effectively
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- English language proficiency is required for this job
