We are looking for a friendly and motivated RVN to join our team, covering shifts across our Lewisham and Greenwich practices. Lewisham offers a nurse consult-focused role, while Greenwich provides exposure to a wide-ranging and rewarding caseload, giving the perfect balance of clinical and client-facing work.

Both practices are led by experienced Branch Partners Antonio and Rok, and supported by a highly skilled, welcoming team including experienced head RVNs at each clinic. You'll work alongside certificate holders in areas including dentistry and diagnostic imaging, providing excellent opportunities to learn, develop and expand your skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 (DOE) with an additional 6% London Weighting. The role includes a 1 in 6 weekend rota at the Beckenham hospital, and a fair share of bank holidays and on-call. Full-time and part-time applications are welcome, with the possibility of full time being worked over 4 days per week offering excellent work-life balance.

Role Accountabilities Exceptional care is at the heart of everything we do at Medivet. That’s the care for our patients, our clients and for each other – we really want to make a positive difference through every interaction we have. In This Role You Will

- Consistently deliver exceptional care to your clients.
- Support with surgeries and procedures, completing all pre and post procedure activity.
- Carry out nurse led appointments and schedule 3 activities.
- Deliver patient monitoring and care.
- Manage admissions and discharges as directed by the Veterinary team.
- Complete patient transfers to out of hours or enhanced care.
- Dispense and check medication.
- Deliver professional excellence, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards.




- Hold briefings to engage and co-ordinate your team to support the most effective running of the practice.

Your Skills And Experience

- RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse.
- Experience of delivering exceptional patient and client care.
- Experienced in working effectively as part of a team.
- Experience of supporting Nurse consults, with an understanding of how this contributes to practice performance and efficiency.
- Experienced in using coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague.
