M&B; Quality Shoe Care is looking for a commercially minded Retail Sales & Replenishment Analyst to help us grow our business with major retail partners across Canada and the United States.

In this role, you will analyze point-of-sale, inventory and replenishment data to identify opportunities, improve product assortments, and help ensure that the right products are available in the right stores at the right time. You will turn data into clear, practical recommendations that support both our retail partners and our internal sales and operations teams. This is a full time position at our head office in Brampton, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze retail sales, inventory, sell-through and replenishment data by product, store, region and time period
- Identify sales trends, top-performing products, underperforming SKUs, out-of-stocks and excess inventory
- Recommend the optimal product assortment and SKU mix for each retailer, store group or market
- Identify opportunities to add, remove, expand or reposition products within a retail assortment
- Develop replenishment recommendations based on sales velocity, inventory levels, lead times and seasonal demand
- Monitor in-stock performance and flag potential inventory shortages or overstock risks
- Evaluate new product performance and make recommendations for continued distribution or expansion
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards and presentations that clearly explain findings and recommended actions
- Support retailer line reviews, assortment reviews, forecasting and annual planning
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Supply Chain to align forecasts, inventory and customer needs
- Measure the results of assortment and replenishment changes and refine recommendations accordingly
- Ensure retail data is accurate,



organized and translated into useful business insights

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field
- Approximately 2–5 years of experience in retail analytics, sales analysis, category management, demand planning, replenishment or a related role
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas and data analysis
- Experience working with retailer point-of-sale and inventory data
- Ability to identify meaningful trends and translate them into clear commercial recommendations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple retail accounts, reporting deadlines and priorities
- Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with major retailer portals or reporting platforms
- Experience with Power BI
- Knowledge of retail assortment planning, forecasting and replenishment
- Experience working for a consumer-products company, retailer or retail supplier
- Familiarity with Walmart Retail Link or similar retail analytics platforms would be an asset
