A career as a retirement Strategy Advisor at National Bank means acting as an expert·in retirement planning and strategies for clients. With your expertise, you can help your clients during key moments in their financial lives by developing personalised strategies to help them achieve their retirement and withdrawal goals.
Your job
- Carry out financial and withdrawal analyses to optimise retirement income.
- Advise clients on sources of retirement income, withdrawal strategies, registered plans and related tax issues.
- Identify optimisation opportunities and recommend strategies adapted to clients' overall situation.
- Work closely with financial planners, banking advisors and investment specialists to offer an integrated client experience.
- Lead information meetings, workshops or presentations on retirement planning.
- Ensure compliance, risk management rules and processes in effect.
- Help develop teams' knowledge by sharing their expertise in retirement and withdrawals.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (finance, financial planning, administration or related field)
- Significant experience in financial planning, wealth management, retirement strategies or advisory servicesen cours de l'obtention
- Microprogram in Financial Planning required or in the process of obtaining
- Financial Planner designation (PL. .) or progress towards obtaining the title.
- Solid knowledge of investment products, registered plans and withdrawal strategies.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in plain language.
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong client orientation and ability to work in partnership
