Unik Productions is a full-service media production company specializing in commercial video, photography, branded content, original programming and creative direction.

Our production experience includes work connected to Practice by Palmer, founded by Keke Palmer, as well as productions for major platforms and recognized brands. We work with businesses, agencies, entrepreneurs and public figures to create premium content that strengthens their positioning and supports measurable growth.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Account Manager to generate new business, develop strong client relationships and convert individual projects into long-term partnerships.

This is a senior, results-driven opportunity for someone who understands how to sell skilled services, build trust with decision-makers and identify the commercial value behind exceptional creative work.

You will represent two principal service areas:

Media production, including commercial video, photography, branded content, campaigns, interviews, events and original programming.

Creative direction services, including ongoing strategic creative leadership for brands that need senior expertise without building a complete internal creative department.

You will also manage and grow selected existing accounts by identifying upcoming needs, negotiating repeat projects and developing ongoing retainers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

New business development

- Identify and approach brands, advertising agencies, public relations firms, marketing teams, entrepreneurs and other qualified buyers.
- Build and manage an active sales pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, networking and existing professional relationships.
- Lead discovery calls and understand each prospect’s business, creative needs, priorities, budget and decision-making process.
- Present Unik Productions’ capabilities clearly and position the appropriate production or creative direction service.
- Work with our executive and production teams to develop proposals, scopes and commercial recommendations.




- Negotiate projects and retainers within approved pricing, scope and contractual terms.
- Maintain consistent follow-up from the first conversation through closing.

Account management and growth

- Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned clients.
- Build trusted, professional relationships with client decision-makers.
- Understand upcoming campaigns, launches, events and ongoing content requirements.
- Convert successful individual projects into repeat engagements and longer-term retainers.
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts across video, photography, branded content and creative direction.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and maintain visibility into future opportunities.
- Coordinate client requirements with our producers and creative team.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, conversations, proposals, forecasts and next steps.

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR The right candidate is commercially ambitious, polished and highly accountable. You understand that strong sales performance requires consistent prospecting, thoughtful follow-up and the ability to earn the confidence of senior decision-makers.

You should have:

- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, business development or account management.
- Experience selling media production, advertising, marketing, creative services or another professional service.
- The ability to generate qualified opportunities independently.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- The judgment to represent Unik Productions professionally in senior-level conversations.
- The discipline to manage a pipeline and follow through until a clear decision is reached.
- The ability to recognize opportunities for repeat business, retainers and account expansion.




- Existing relationships with brands, agencies, marketing leaders or entrepreneurs are a strong asset.

COMPENSATION AND EARNING POTENTIAL

This is a 100% commission-based contract opportunity.

There is currently no fixed salary or monthly retainer.

Unik Productions offers a high commission structure designed to reward measurable performance. Our services include substantial production projects and recurring creative direction engagements, creating meaningful earning potential for someone who can consistently originate, close and grow qualified business.

Commission terms will be documented in writing and will address:

- New clients personally sourced and closed.
- New work generated from assigned existing accounts.
- Repeat projects and account expansion.
- Ongoing creative direction and production retainers.
- Commission calculations, eligibility and payment timing.

Earnings are performance-based and are not guaranteed.
