Sales Support & Communications Specialist

(Full time, Contract Position)

About the Role

This position will provide support to all WFS sales divisions through company communications, event planning, promotions and sales support. This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to balance multiple priorities and work with teams across the organization.

The successful candidate will assist with the organization and execution of internal and external company events, provide administrative support to our sales teams, organize meetings and catering, and coordinate and host group visitors at WFS facilities. The role will also be responsible for maintaining promotional inventory and supporting the creation and maintenance of technical handouts, feed manuals and other company communications materials.

Experience & Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree or diploma in Agriculture,



Business Administration, Communications or a related field. Working knowledge of MS Office, graphic design, photo and video editing software, along with excellent communication and organizational skills, is required. Experience in agriculture is considered an asset.

Term of Employment: Full-time, Temporary (12–18-month contract)

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week; may vary based on needs of the business. Some travel and occasional evening/weekend work may be required for company events. Based on-site in Wallenstein, Ontario.
