The Prospect.
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is a junior member of the Isaac Sales & Marketing team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the broader function. This role is well suited to someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a foundation across a wide range of marketing and business development activities. The Coordinator will work closely with team leaders and external partners to help keep sales and marketing initiatives running smoothly and on brand.
This role is an entry point to join Isaac's growing Sales & Marketing team.

What You'll Do.
- Own day-to-day administration of the CRM platform (Dynamics), including data entry, hygiene, and user support
- Prepare and maintain department reporting to track performance and inform decision-making
- Build, manage and update the business development portal and marketing asset library
- Support the ongoing development, maintenance and improvement of sales and marketing processes and tools
- Manage the social content calendar, including scheduling posts and day-to-day community management
- Triage inbound website inquiries and route them to the appropriate team members
- Support with website copy and content updates
- Draft and proofread marketing copy
- Basic graphic design support for marketing and business development activities (ex. Canva)
- Build and maintain AI tools for the Sales & Marketing team's use (Claude Skills)
- Support with event logistics, tracking sponsorship deliverables and other partnership activities
- Track industry news and conduct competitive reviews
- Maintain and update the marketing budget tracker, including processing of department invoices and expenses
- Schedule meetings, take notes, and track action items for the Sales & Marketing team
- Support the execution of Isaac's broader sales and marketing activity across campaigns and initiatives
- Build strong working relationships with leaders by consistently delivering good work on time
- Work hand-in-hand with external agencies, providing clear direction and timely feedback on executional initiatives
- Act as a steward of Isaac's values in all work
- Act as a brand steward, ensuring all marketing work reflects Isaac's brand standards
What You Bring.
- 1 year of experience in a marketing, sales support, or coordination role (internships count)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) is an asset
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
