? Role: Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of an enterprise Identity Resolution program using Salesforce Data Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing scalable Data Cloud solutions, identity resolution strategies, and customer data pipelines within retail or consumer-facing environments.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, including DMO, DLO, unified profiles, ingestion, and segmentation.
- Design and implement Identity Resolution using deterministic, fuzzy/normalized, and probabilistic matching.
- Configure and tune match rules, thresholds, scoring, and household-level identity logic.
- Integrate customer data from Loyalty, POS, E-commerce, and digital channels.
- Design batch and near-real-time data ingestion and source-to-target mappings.
- Optimize Data Cloud/Data Service Credit consumption and refresh schedules.
- Establish architecture, data quality, integration,



and governance standards.
- Lead technical discussions with client IT, data engineering, analytics, and offshore teams.
- Define and monitor identity resolution KPIs, match rates, and customer graph quality.
- Support segmentation and marketing activation use cases.
