A career as a Scrum Master in the AI Factory team at National Bank means acting as an agile facilitator by supporting the team in achieving its delivery objectives and promoting the adoption of best development and collaboration practises. This position allows you to have a concrete impact on the evolution of artificial intelligence solutions thanks to your experience in agility, supporting multidisciplinary teams and continuous improvement.
Your job
- Apply scrum practises and agile methods to support team performance and autonomy
- Identify and eliminate obstacles that could slow the progress of work, while proposing solutions adapted to the issues encountered
- Support the product owner in managing the product backlog and prioritising work
- Foster collaboration between team members, partners and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of initiatives
- Lead Agile ceremonies and mobilise stakeholders around shared objectives
- Continuous improvement by implementing practises and mechanisms to optimise the delivery and quality of solutions.
Your team The Vice-President, Data and Operational risks, is a number of specialists who work agile, proactive and collaborative to simplify processes, enhance data value and support the organisation's technological evolution. You are part of a team of 35 colleagues in AI Factory and report to the Senior Manager. Our team stands out for its expertise in artificial intelligence, its culture of innovation, its ability to solve complex problems and its close collaboration with various business sectors. Prerequisites
- Relevant training in information technology and at least five years of experience as a scrum master or agile management
- Proficiency in agile processes (scrum, kanban, disciplined agile, etc.)
- Mastery of the Atlantic suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication
- Strong interest and curiosity by artificial intelligence
- Scrum Master certification.
Languages: French, English Reason to require this language: you will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
