Job Title: Senior Change Management Specialist

Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite/week

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: 104 weeks(2 years)

Skills and Certifications:

- Minimum 10+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience, including large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting SAP implementations (SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, ECC, or equivalent SAP solutions).
- Demonstrated experience leading and delivering OCM activities including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, training, organizational readiness, and business adoption planning.
- Proven ability to work with executive sponsors, business leaders, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders in a complex organizational setting.




- Experience developing and implementing change management strategies, communication plans, training plans, and adoption metrics.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, workshop planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prosci Change Management Certification (preferred or required, depending on your standards).
