About Us:

The Global Diamond Broker is a luxury diamond and custom-jewellery company specializing in sourcing exceptional diamonds and creating meaningful, one-of-a-kind pieces for clients worldwide.

We are looking for a creative, organized, and personable Brand & Growth Coordinator to join our team. This is a senior-level, in-office position combining social media coordination, brand development, customer communication, and lead management.

The ideal candidate understands social media, communicates professionally, and can ensure every potential client receives prompt and attentive service.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content

- Help manage our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media accounts
- Assist with planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content
- Create short-form videos, simple graphics, captions, and promotional posts
- Assist with livestreams, product launches, campaigns, and special promotions

Customer & Lead Management

- Monitor and respond to social media messages, comments, emails, and customer inquiries
- Communicate with prospective clients in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
- Gather important lead information, including budget, timeline, jewellery preferences, and contact details
- Enter and maintain accurate lead information in our CRM
- Follow up with prospective clients and keep conversations moving forward

Brand & Growth Reporting

- Help develop campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads
- Track engagement, inquiries, appointments,



response times, and lead progress
- Prepare simple weekly reports on social media performance and new leads
- Research competitors, audience interests, and opportunities for growth
- Work closely with leadership to support the company’s marketing and growth goals

Qualifications:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other major platforms
- Basic photography, video-editing, graphic-design, or content-creation skills
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Comfortable learning CRM, scheduling, and customer-management systems
- Reliable and consistent with follow-ups and deadlines
- An interest in jewellery, fashion, luxury products, marketing, or customer service

A minimum of 5 years experience in social media, marketing, administration, sales, or lead management is an asset. Jewellery industry experience is not required, and training will be provided to the right candidate.
