Role Description:

You’ll be a key role in the Strategic Solutions Design team within Financial Crimes Enterprise Risk Technology (FCERT),



leading the technical designs of CIBCs next generation of enterprise risk platforms starting with IFRS 9 Expected Credit Loss (ECL), OSFI 988 Non-retail Data Call and extending to adjacent risk domains.

As a Solution Architect, you will work individually or lead a small development pod to partner with Risk, Finance, EDRMO, Model Risk Management, Internal Audit, Cyber, the Enterprise Architecture team, QA, and vendors (Microsoft Azure, Databricks) on design, integration, development, implementation, parallel-run equivalence, cutover, and post-go-live PROD support of a regulatory-grade Lakehouse platform replacing legacy SAS Grid, Oracle warehouse, and Excel-based calculations.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
