Role: Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with deep expertise across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess solid technical, integration, and architecture experience and have a proven track record delivering enterprise marketing automation solutions in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement solutions across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud products including SFMC, Datorama, Social Studio, Pardot, Interaction Studio, and Customer 360 Audiences.
- Develop and optimize customer journeys, email campaigns, audience segmentation, and marketing automation solutions.
- Design integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enterprise applications using web services and related technologies.
- Define systems strategy, gather requirements, create solution designs, develop prototypes, support testing, and assist with training efforts.
- Apply enterprise architecture, security, and integration design principles to scalable marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions and enhancements.

Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, including:

- Journey Builder
- Email Studio
- Interaction Studio
- Audience Studio
- Salesforce Social Studio
- Advertising Studio
- Datorama
- Pardot
- Customer 360 Audiences

Advanced understanding of

- Marketing automation technologies
- SFMC ecosystem and data models
- Common integrations and third-party technology solutions

Experience with Salesforce platform technologies including:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Force.com Platform

Prior experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Developer.

Strong understanding of integration and security design principles.

Enterprise architecture experience.

Experience working in Agile project environments.

Solid hands-on experience with:

- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript

In-depth understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and limitations.

Experience using web services and enterprise data integration technologies.

Certifications

Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred, ideally including:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
