Your future duties and responsibilities

As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating and planning the onboarding and integration process for our new members;
- Participating in HR initiatives and projects at the business unit level;
- Providing first-level support for certain HR inquiries, directing requests to the appropriate resources, and completing required follow-ups with the HR Service Centre and various HR teams;
- Facilitating exit interviews with members.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources, or another relevant field;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Partnership, innovation, teamwork, and results-oriented.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role, which involves interactions with both national and international clients. CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications.





Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18-32/hour. This role is an existing vacancy.
