An exciting chance as a Temporary Casual, Student – Scope.

Type: Replacement

Summary of duties, but not limited to:

- Working with the SCOPE team and relevant partners to achieve the program's deliverables.
- Assisting with data collection, data entry and data management.
- Assisting with the development of processes for streamlining the data collection and evaluation.
- Assisting with development of SCOPE digital strategy.
- Assisting with the work of the Evaluation Committee.

Qualifications





- Student must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (must be enrolled for fall 2026 semester)
- Experience with statistical software is an asset
- Previous exposure to data management and evaluation is an asset
- Experience with reporting and analysis is an asset
- Highly motivated; capacity and willingness to learn
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Individuals with a demonstrated interest and commitment to advancing equity, diversity and inclusion in the health care sciences are preferred
- Understanding various equity health frameworks and tools considered an asset
- Willingness to respectfully engage with culturally diverse ways of knowing considered an asset
- Proven attendance and punctuality
- Professional behavior and communication that meets the standards of the professional regulatory college or association, as applicable, and the standards of Women’s College Hospital
- This position plays a critical role in acting as an advocate for safety and will demonstrate principles, practices and processes that will optimize a safe environment for all
