Required Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology programmes.
- 5+ years of experience managing cash management, complex financial services, banking, fintech, or payments initiatives.
- Experience leading enterprise integration, platform modernisation, or acquisition integration programmes.
- Experience with cash management, digital assets and stablecoin
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional delivery teams
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or Secure certifications.
- Prior experience with:

o Banking products o Deposits and treasury management o Payment networks o Digital assets o Financial institution integrations
- M&A; integration programme experience
- Experience working with modern banking cores.
