Yibi Precision is looking for a Technical Project Engineer to coordinate complex precision-component programs from engineering assessment through production launch.

This is a technical engineering position focused on product development and manufacturing execution.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate technical projects from initial engineering review through production launch.
- Translate product requirements into manufacturing actions.
- Coordinate design, tooling, process, quality and production teams.
- Track engineering risks, validation activities and project milestones.
- Support technical and manufacturability reviews.
- Coordinate engineering changes during development.
- Maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in technical project management, NPI or product industrialization.
- Understanding of precision manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
- Robust cross-functional coordination and technical problem-solving skills.
