UI/UX Lead – SaaS Accounting Software

Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead product design for a SaaS-based accounting platform. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, solid in UX strategy, design systems, user research, and complex enterprise/SaaS workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end UI/UX and Product Design initiatives.
- Design intuitive experiences for complex accounting and business workflows.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Teams.
- Mentor designers and establish UX best practices.
- Ensure responsive, accessible,



and consistent product experiences.

- Accounting / FinTech / ERP domain experience strongly preferred
- Experience designing dashboards, reports, data-heavy applications, and complex workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Must be based in Ontario, Canada. Fully Remote role.
